Congratulations to Harper Sallee for placing first at the TSA CAD Level 2 competition at BMCC in Boardman on March 5th 2026. This is the advanced CAD level for High School students. He bested 16 other students from area High Schools including Pendleton, Hermiston, Heppner, Riverside, Weston-McEwen, and Ukiah. He used the OnShape online CAD software in the competition. This is his second year in a row of placing 1st at this competition. Great Job Harper!
